How does installation work after purchase?

Our enclosures are delivered in one piece, so there's no assembly required. Simply place them in a room with a water inlet and outlet.

Of course, we provide all the resources for connecting and using the box. We can also install it for you if necessary.

Do you provide Epsom salt and filters?

Yes, we provide you with Epsom salt and filters directly upon delivery.

Afterwards, we can supply them directly to you at the best prices.

What is the delivery time?

Once payment is received, delivery of the device takes between 1 and 3 months. This depends on the product and whether it is personalized.

What is the manufacturing time?

We import our boxes on demand from our factory, which operates on a just-in-time basis. Currently, it takes about a week to manufacture and ship a sensory deprivation box.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

The warranty lasts 2 years after delivery of the box.

It covers defective parts due to a design defect. In this case, we will provide you with the part for replacement free of charge.

How much does a sensory deprivation tank cost?

Our crates range in price from €19,000 to €22,000 excluding VAT. This will depend on the crate's dimensions and whether there are any customization options. Delivery to your location is included in the price, but handling fees vary depending on the difficulty of installing the crates (need for a crane, harnesses, etc.).
